Our collective, Nas, focuses on addressing issues of racism, discrimination, belonging, and inclusion. We achieve this through various means such as education and trainings, research, advisory roles, policy assessments, and collaboration with young people. Our primary goal is to improve the lives of systematically excluded communities, with a particular emphasis on ethnic communities, Māori, and Pasifika in Aotearoa.

We offer contracted services and support small community groups and charities in Aotearoa. If you belong to a small community group or charity and require assistance but lack the necessary resources to engage our collective, please reach out to us. We are committed to exploring shared funding approaches to ensure your needs are met.

It is unfortunate that professionals from ethnic backgrounds often face exclusion, unequal pay, and differential treatment, particularly in contracting roles. Consequently, there is a lack of diversity, particularly at higher levels of specialization. Nas, aims to create a collaborative environment where highly skilled professionals of color can work collectively to drive positive change for our communities in Aotearoa.
