The Bitstream Browser Projects

The bitstream browser project is a fork of Chromium where we plan on rewriting it in Rust. During the rewrite we will work to remove all of the parts of chromium that have been added over the years to track or whitelist the internet, and return it to original reason it was created, because Internet Explorer was not moving fast enough
