Waiting List subscription went live

I have just activated the ability for people to join the wait-list for one of our first two products:
- $42/month Better Than Nothing (20 megabits flat-rate Airmax link)
- $29/month This Is Nothing plan (5 megabits flat-rate Airmax link)
These are permo-prices, they don't go up to $80/month after 2 years and have early termination like most Fibre plans these days. No surprises style billing. Payment in arrears.
