Join us for a regular online practice of Chenrezig's Ring of Fire, developed by Lama Rod Owens. Alex Rodríguez leads the practice weekly on Mondays and Lama Rod hosts an additional practice session one Saturday per month.

In this practice, the Tantric deity known in Tibetan as Chenrezig (Skt: Avalokiteshvara) becomes a representation of our own capacity for boundless love, opening a doorway into its energy and wisdom. Over time, we create a direct experience of our own loving qualities which can become one of the most skillful ways to hold space for difficult emotions as they arise.
