Birthday Research (BR) seeks to develop best-in-class blockchain innovations with the mission of enabling the next bound of Web3. 

Our focus spans through cryptographic research, deep blockchain consensus development, and smart contracts development — with a laser-sharp aim on driving the industry frontier while tackling the most demanding DeFi challenges of today.

BR have contributed to various open-source projects ranging from consumer facing applications, such as a decentralized Light Wallet to developer focused solutions like the Jellyfish SDK ecosystem. 

DeFiChain Light Wallet - The gateway to #NativeDeFi – the open, decentralized and lucrative finance ecosystem powered by DeFiChain, where users can leverage on decentralized loans, trade native dTokens and manage their portfolio in a fully non-custodial approach. 

Jellyfish - DeFiChain’s SDK for building lite DeFi Applications at scale. It started with 3 packages in a mono repository, but today, it has over 40 packages across the ecosystem and multiple ocean nodes distributed globally, serving millions of requests per hour.

 

DeFi Scan - A one-stop explorer that allows anyone to view all activities that are conducted on DeFiChain in a quick and transparent manner. 

 

 DeFi Meta Chain (DMC) - A powerful EVM-compatible blockchain that scales DeFiChain by providing developers with familiar tools and infrastructure for building the future of DeFi today. With the development of DMC we would be providing users with seamless access to both ETH and BTC by entering the DFI ecosystem. 

ERC-20 DFI Bridge - A centralized bridge that enables both DFI and wider communities to enter the DFI ecosystem via ERC-20 tokens in a secure and transparent manner. BR Bridge aims to be the simplest and easiest solution for users to explore dTokens and leverage on the assets in the DFI blockchain.

DMC Launchpad - A decentralized platform that allows users to get early access to new vetted DeFi projects and earn attractive rewards through their support. Thereby, enabling web3 projects to raise funds and securely scale via mass adoption.
