Hi,

I'm Miki, from Schrödinger Hat, a nonprofit on a mission to create an open, inclusive, and sustainable world powered by open-source knowledge.

Let me do a brief of what we're doing:

over the years, we’ve brought together an incredible community with over 20 meet ups and 3 conferences, attended by 400+ participants and viewed online by over 1000 people. Such is the power of open source communities!

On March 21st, 2025, we’ll be hosting Open Source Day 2025 at Nana Bianca in Florence, and we’d love to have you as a sponsor for our biggest event yet.

Known as the top conference in open source in Italy, this event brings together diverse voices from every corner of tech and beyond, showing what we can achieve through shared knowledge and creativity.

All our events are free, reflecting our belief that information should be accessible to everyone.

As a nonprofit, we rely on sponsorships to keep this vision alive. By supporting Open Source Day 2025, you’ll help us reach and inspire a broader audience of innovators and creators, empowering them to make a difference.

You can explore more about sponsorship opportunities on our website for the event:

https://2025.osday.dev

Our full sponsorship proposal is here, as a PDF: https://osday.dev/osday2025-sponsorship-proposal.pdf.

However we're accepting any kind of support, starting from donations.
Hope to meet you soon virtually or in-person.

Thank you

Expense policies
File an invoice only when you are requesting payment for services you personally performed. We can only pay the individual who completed the work -- no third parties or friends. The person who performed the work must be the owner of the account receiving payment.

We have strict requirements for what we can and cannot process. Certain information is required on all invoices, and we cannot process payment if required information is missing.
If your expense is missing required information or documentation, you will be asked to revise it before processing can begin.

Processing and Payment:
  • Expenses are processed twice weekly after approval by a Collective administrator and a secondary OSC review
  • Payments are made via PayPal or Wise (bank transfer)
  • Payments are limited to countries supported by these providers
  • If you use PayPal, you may be required to complete a KYC process

An uploaded invoice is not required -- the information entered in the expense form is sufficient.
If you choose to upload an invoice, address it to:
