On behalf of this collaborative and the people of Gaza, this detailed report highlights the critical and collaborative efforts of Aid4Gaza, Save Gaza’s Children, Phoenix 7, and Collective Action for Diaspora in delivering essential healthcare services to displaced families in Central and South Gaza. Our organizations have united to address both the immediate and long-term medical needs of over 36,000 families, establishing four tent-based medical facilities and creating referral pathways to hospitals and with advanced care capabilities.

The initiative focuses on three key pillars:
  1. Immediate Relief
    • Provision of trauma care, maternal health services, and basic medical support.
  2. Sustainable Infrastructure
    • Distribution of trauma kits, medications, and facilitation of referrals to specialized medical services.
  3. Capacity Building
    • Training and empowering local healthcare teams to extend critical services to 20,000 families within an eight-week period.

Key Medical Locations
The project’s services are strategically delivered through the following facilities:

  1. Al-Shifa Mobile Medical Clinic (Deir-Al-Balah)
    • Reaching 20,000 families in 11 refugee camps through mobile healthcare services.
  2. Medical Tent Doctors (Shurab Refugee Camp)
    • Offering vital healthcare to 8,000 individuals unable to access overcrowded hospitals.
  3. Medical Relief Tent (Abu Dalal Refugee Camp)
    • Addressing chronic illnesses, malnutrition, and injury care for 10,000 families.
  4. Asdaa Medical Point (Mawasi, Khan Younis)
    • Providing specialized care for respiratory diseases and chronic illnesses to 250,000 families.

Immediate Impact
  • 9,000+ patients treated in eight weeks.
  • Up to 130 patients served daily.
  • Services include primary care, pediatric care, women’s health, and dermatology.

Funding Needs
To sustain operations, a budget of USD $113,000 (£90,000) total is required for:

  • Medications: USD $63,540 (£50,325) 
  • Supplies and equipment: USD $31,360 (£24,720)
  • Operational costs: USD $14,570 (£11,540)
