About
The Clapton Care Circle coordinates community actions that generate cooperative connections that realize the full potential of local care and support networks.
Mutual care is at the core of our work. We promote the well-being of local residents by transforming their relationship to the people, places and things in their local community. Meeting people's care and support needs through these local networks helps to generate the trust, affection and belonging key to healthy communities. We promote the well-being of local communities by transforming the role community networks play in addressing the care and support needs of residents.
Transforming relationships is at the heart of our community actions, whether that be between care-givers and receivers, formal and informal systems of support or community groups and the care services they rely upon.
Please see our project pages for community actions and projects to date and find out how to get involved.
