After an extensive analysis of needs for organizers of decentralized climate movements (Sunrise, Extinction Rebellion, Fridays for Future) Climate Crisis Collective helped develop the brand new "Activist" tab in the Action Network software (used by all three of these movements). The Activist tab cuts the time required for common workflows by hours, e.g. by avoiding the need for exports and custom reports and allowing in-place editing. This also results in significantly improved data quality which saves time in downstream processes, such as contacting activists. Here is a deck with a lot more detail.
