Celery 5.3.5 released with Python 3.12 support!

We have released a new patch version of celery with Python 3.12 support all through the projects core dependencies. Also several bugs were fixed and dependencies were updated. Including some revert of performance regression issues and documentation fixes.

Please try and report any regression / breaking change in the discussion forum.
We will try to followup with another version ASAP with hot fixes if necessary and start celery 5.4 version cycle after 15th November 2023.
