On 2024-03-01, there was a change in domain fronting infrastructure that resulted in a decline of users of the snowflake-01 bridge of about 25%. It was similar to what happened in September 2023. Now, as then, different countries were affected unequally: Russia had a greater proportional drop than Iran, for example. This may be a result of different default rendezvous methods in deployments in different countries.

On March 29 and 30, there was a temporary decline in users of the bridge from all countries. The cause of the decline is not known. Not shown on the graph, there was a simultaneous increase in users of the snowflake-02 bridge.
