GRASS

GRASS is a geospatial engine that enables spatial data analysis, visualization, and modeling. It provides researchers and practitioners with science-backed tools to understand and manage landscapes, natural resources, and human environments.

GRASS is Free and Open Source Software available for everyone at no cost and is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL >= v2). GRASS is an affiliated project and founding member of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo).

With our budget we can produce even better software and documentation for you. And if you don’t have time to contribute or get involved somehow, maybe a donation will make you feel better about using GRASS in your company or research.

Your financial support will also help us build up the necessary effort and infrastructure to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project and the software.
