Sometimes London

 Sometimes London aims to create a recipe archive of traditional fermented food preparations that reflects the people who make up the City of London. It will specifically look for food that is loved but almost forgotten due to time poverty and the individualist society that we live in. This will be an oral/visual account of the recipes that reflect the residents of the City of London. Through recipes and storytelling, this project will foster leaning about one another and use food as a catalyst for connection.
