Echo cancellation with pipewire on Librem 5

Librem 5 calls now produce an echo to the other person when using Mobian Trixie (eventually PureOS Dawn). This is because Trixie has switched to pipewire as audio backend (Dawn is expected to make this switch) and echo cancellation is only implemented in older pulseaudio backend.

Purism is currently focusing on Crimson and it will take a while until they can fix this issue. Fixing this will allow users an option of using newer versions of many software today. This issue is a crucial functionality regression for Mobian Trixie cannot be used today.

This came up in top 5 issues we need to address in Mobile GNU/Linux in our last poll. So we are setting up a bounty for implementing this feature.
