Summer is here and for our next meetup prepare for a pretty hot topic!

We are going to have an open discussion on the topic of Agile software development.
The Agile Software Development manifesto states:

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:

• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.
