We are seeking $5,000 in funding to assist with the purchase of routers for Digital Equity Programme customers. This initiative supports qualifying households—primarily students attending schools with an Education Equity Index (EQI) rating of 490 or higher, or families in social housing or receiving government benefits—who are unable to afford the upfront cost of a device needed for a subsidised internet connection.
The routers will enable these households to access our low-cost broadband plans, offered at $6.00 per week. This subsidy ensures reliable connectivity for education, job searching, and essential online services. Funding will directly contribute to reducing the digital divide by providing essential equipment to those most in need.

Expense policies
Expenditures must be focussed on a charitable purpose in New Zealand and provide public benefit, and cannot provide profit to any individual. We process expenses once a week.
Please remember that there is a $1.38 payment processing fee on all domestic expenses, and a larger fee for international payments. You'll need to make sure there is enough money in your budget to account for this.

Submit an expense and provide your payment information.
How are expenses approved?
