Pregnancy Dialogues Groups

Creating small, guided group spaces for parents facing complex pregnancies to process, connect, and prepare for what lies ahead.

About

Pregnancy Dialogues Groups
Parents facing complex or uncertain pregnancies often find themselves navigating fear, decision-making, and medical information in isolation.
While clinical care focuses on monitoring the baby, there is often little structured support for the parent — particularly in the emotional, relational, and practical realities of what lies ahead.
This gap can leave parents overwhelmed, unsupported, and carrying significant internal pressure during an already vulnerable time.
Pregnancy Dialogue Groups are designed to address this need.
These are small, guided group spaces where parents can come together to:
  •  process what they are facing in a steady, supported environment
  •  hear from others in similar situations, reducing isolation
  •  gain clarity around decisions and next steps
  •  prepare emotionally and practically for birth and beyond

The groups are intentionally small to allow for safety, trust, and meaningful conversation. They are facilitated in a structured way that keeps discussions grounded, respectful, and focused.

This early support matters.

Research in prenatal and perinatal psychology and attachment indicates that a parent’s experience during pregnancy can shape their capacity to cope, make decisions, and connect with their baby — particularly in high-stress situations.

By offering support earlier, Pregnancy Dialogue Groups aim to strengthen parents before the demands of birth and ongoing care begin.

The long-term intention is to create accessible, repeatable group spaces that can be offered to more families facing medical complexity in pregnancy.
