About
Founded in 2023 by lifelong Camden resident and community projects producer Emily Momoh, Camden Black British History(CBBH) was born out of a desire to address the limited awareness of Black history within the community. Emily’s vision for CBBH is to shine a light on the rich and often overlooked contributions of Camden's African and Caribbean communities. Through educational initiatives, exhibitions, and community-driven projects, CBBH aims to celebrate and amplify these important stories, fostering a deeper understanding of Black history and its vital role in shaping Camden’s diverse heritage.
