About
Spend a summer evening floating through the Meadowlands with us!
The Jersey City chapter of the Feminist Bird Club is jumping aboard Hackensack Riverkeeper's Eco-Cruise for a fully narrated environmental education tour of these iconic wetlands. Egrets and eagles, swallows, maybe a clapper rail or two... No experience necessary but bring a curiosity for the marsh! We will bring extra binoculars.
This tour is free but donations to Hackensack Riverkeeper's mission are greatly appreciated (and 100% tax deductible).
Space is very limited! If you make a reservation and cannot make it please cancel in Eventbrite as soon as possible.
Kids must be at least four years old at the time of booking. Please note that everyone – child and adult alike – must be able to sit in one place for 2.5 hours.
Eco-Cruises depart from the boat launch at Laurel Hill County Park in Secaucus, NJ.
