IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Published on March 20, 2024 by FNBRaleigh

Earlier this month, we learned of the sudden announcement from our former fiscal sponsor, Open Collective Foundation (OCF), informing us that the foundation will undergo a total dissolution. We are pleased to announce that we have officially moved over to a new fiscal sponsor, Hack Club (HCB)!

What this means: Food Not Bombs Raleigh is now fiscally sponsored by HCB, meaning we share their 501(c)3 status and use their platform to collect monthly and one-time donations. Our old donation portal through OCF will no longer process any incoming donations (including monthly sustainers). This means that if you were a monthly sustainer on the OCF platform - or if you would like to become a monthly sustainer - you will have to re-initiate a monthly contribution through our new donation portal, found here. Please note the link opens to our direct donation portal, with the option of a one-time or a monthly donation.

This transition has interrupted all current monthly donations, which are crucial to the sustainability of the many mutual aid projects run by Food Not Bombs Raleigh. We encourage you to share this update with friends, family, or anyone else who may be interested and able to contribute.

THANK YOU for your support so far, and we hope you continue to help us provide free meals, groceries, toiletries, clothes, and more for the community!
