About
In response to the Government's action on Covid-19 and in light of the fact that we know there will be isolated people who need assistance, there is a group set up for Forest ward to collect food, shopping etc and drop it off on doorsteps for people in need. In order to be able to do this, we need some funds to be able to get going. We are not taking any money or other form of payment for our assistance, we are just a group of concerned local people who have decided to fill in the gaps in the current government response to make sure our sick and vulnerable are as well looked after as possible.
All money raised will go to buying food and supplies for people in isolation, with any remaining funds after the pandemic is over going to a local food bank.
