We are so excited to introduce our new Interim Executive Leadership as we move through this transition.

Leading up to this transition, the board has been working closely with staff to ensure a smooth leadership handoff. We are so excited to share that OCF has partnered with Work Shouldn’t Suck to support our team in further developing and updating our systems, searching for a permanent executive director, and ensuring smooth processes for our current 600+ collectives. 

Lauren Ruffin and Tim Cynova of Work Shouldn’t Suck have significant fiscal sponsorship, people operations, financial management, and shared leadership knowledge. We are thrilled to have them on the team serving in Interim Co-Executive Leadership roles and look forward to their guidance through this transformation.
