About
This project helps water utilities in Eastern Africa to manage their water and sanitation assets in WebGIS platform by using low-cost technologies and open source. Currently, all the works are done and maintained by Jin Igarashi as voluntary works. If anyone want to help low- and middle-income countries' water utilities to achieve SDG6 by managing and planning their assets efficiently, please sponsor this project.

Backend
In backend side, there are multiple technologies and software used. All steps are documented in https://water-gis.com.
Most of backend server uses Github pages, however only a Valhalla routing engine is running on Google cloud platform which costs a little bit.
