Hi, I'm Hannah Plymouth is my home town and a place I love. I am working as part of Wise Roots CIC to bring Forest Gardens to our local communities. By connecting with the amazing network of community groups around the city and identifying the needs of the people, I am inspired to work in alignment with nature to create spaces where we can grow food together, learn, play and heal. I am a Mother of a young daughter who inspires me to do my best for her, her children, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren and beyond! This is the future of our earth.
