Ngā Hapū o Te Ahuahu Communications

UPDATE 2024:  We were informed in July that the Open Collective NZ was winding down and the Gift Collective will be carried forward just by The Gift Trust.  We had to therefore move the funds out of Open Collective NZ to our Gift Collective account https://opencollective.com/teahuahu This was agreed to at our hapū  hui and we completed the transfer in 2024. All uri who had setup automated payments - these have continued and and you will see them appear on our gift collective account here  It made sense to move to the gift collective as well, since all our fund raising is not for profit and only for charitable purposes. 

Ngā Hapū o Te Ahuahu Communications Team comprises of Janice Herewini-Mulligan , Dianne Civil and Avalon Adams. We have started working together to support our hapū, comprising of – Ngāti Hineira, Ngāti Korohue, Te Uri Taniwha, and Te Whānau Whero, all connected to – Parawhenua and Rāwhitiroa Marae. We were asked by our hapū at a Hui at Rāwhitiroa Marae in May 2021 to setup a Comms strategy that enables us to create some good communications platforms and mediums going forward.
We are committed to finding and reconnecting our hapū members, provide transparent and regular communications and to build trust within our many roopu who are working on behalf of our hapū.
