Looking back at 2025
Published on December 24, 2025 by Artem

We just published our end-of-year newsletter and wanted to share the highlights with our supporters here.
TL;DR: 2025 was hard. Our technical lead quit in June. We're still pre-revenue. We made two major pivots. There were months where we weren't sure we'd make it to the end of the year.
But we also made real progress:
  • Supported Scroll's Co-Creation Cycle 3: 40+ delegates, two weeks of AI-assisted deliberation, tangible outcomes
  • Participated in a few events across the globe: Paris, Lisbon, Berkeley, Edge Esmeralda
  • Got featured in the Plurality Institute's report on LLM tools for public discourse
  • Advanced the Open Facilitation Library research with partners including Metagov, Oxford Computational Political Science Group and Cooperative AI
  • Launched Harmonica Pro after 12+ months of public alpha

What's next: We're preparing to raise a pre-seed round in early 2026.

Until then, we're in a tight spot, runway is short and every contribution helps us get there. If you've been following our journey and want to help us make it to the other side, this is the moment.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year. We don't take it for granted.
