What is Harmonica?
Harmonica is an AI facilitator that conducts structured conversations with communities at scale, turning collective input into navigable sensemaking assets.
An AI facilitator conducts structured 1:1 conversations with each participant asynchronously, asking follow-up questions and adapting to their reasoning. It then synthesizes responses into structured data — themes, key perspectives, areas of agreement and tension — translating many voices into actionable insights.
The full pipeline: Collect (AI-facilitated conversations via web, Telegram, or messaging apps) → Synthesize (structured data from conversations) → Share (reports, dashboards, and open datasets).
Who it's for
Civic organizations, governance researchers, facilitators, and leaders who need to hear their communities but lack the infrastructure to do it at scale. Running a structured sensemaking process currently requires expensive consultants or months of manual work. Harmonica makes proven sensemaking protocols accessible as reusable session templates that any organization can deploy.
