Book: From the Trenches - Scrum

PROJECT
Part of: HnS Works
Fiscal Host: 8fold

A based on true events story about implementing Scrum at a large company.

About

This is the first in a possible series of stories based on true events demonstrating ways of working. These aren't pure fiction and are more relaxed than pure use cases.

I was brought in to "do something" with a large United States company team in 18 months or less. Like most Agile Software Development adoptions, the organization chose Scrum as its framework. Also, like many, the adoption didn't seem to be going well, and they were dissatisfied with their Scrum Master.

Spoiler: In less than 12 months, the team was self-managing and self-organizing.
