About

Husky is the simplest way to have Git hooks in your JavaScript project.

Used by many

Husky has been downloaded 83M times in 2019 (vs 29M in 2018), is used by 200k+ projects on GitHub (like webpack, babel, create-react-app, etc…) and many companies.

Why support

While simple tools may seem simple to maintain, it's often not the case.

Husky is being used in many different contexts ((different GUI clients, OS, repo layout, git layout with worktrees/submodules, ...). It therefore requires regular tweaks/updates to follow new trends and work for as many people as possible.

By backing the project, you're ensuring that Husky gets security, features and refinements updates.

What's next

Surprise ;) but I'm currently exploring different ideas that I hope will make husky even better!
