Pre - IDG Summit: Discovery Workshop - 23 September 2025 - Online

This workshop is a complementary event to the IDG Summit Brussels Watch Party day 1 and day 2.

Join us for this 'Inner Development Goals' Online Discovery Workshop if you are new to the Inner Development Goals (IDG) or would like a refresher, and are keen to find out more before deep-diving into the Summit. It will include a brief introduction and exploration of how applying them may be beneficial and allow you to practise with others before attending the summit.

In a time of global and environmental upheaval, leaders and changemakers need more than external solutions, they need to cultivate inner capacities to navigate complexity and uncertainty. Many initiatives still focus only on the outer world.
The inspiring IDG framework brings structured ways to explore inner development in professional environments. With five dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting) and 23 inner skills and qualities helps individuals, organisations and communities cultivate the abilities needed to address our collective challenges.

While the Summit takes place in Stockholm, you can experience it live here during one or more of our 3 Brussels Watch Party events: our Feature Event (Summit Day 2 - Business & NGO Deep Dives), an Informal Viewing (Summit Day 1) and a Pre-Summit IDG Discovery Workshop.

Feel free to join us even if you are not able to join either day of the Summit.
