GLOBAL MENTORING
Finding the right mentor and being a good mentor are the sorts of things that most universities and traditional learning do not give much importance on. And yet if you really make a mark in your field you need to learn from the right people and know how to support others walking the same path as you. This is why, in this module, we will be meeting exceptional mentors in our field and learning how to be good mentors to one another and grow as people.
The activities will include:
- Masterclasses with leading social artists and leaders
- Group conversation and networking events to learn form on another
- Being matched with mentor and mentee to to take the journey with.
OUTCOMES
− Establish Mentorship Networks: Learn to build and participate in mentorship networks for personal and professional growth.
− Cultivate Guidance Skills: Develop skills to mentor others and contribute positively to their developmental journey effectively.
− Enhance Lifelong Learning: Embrace the role of both mentee and mentor as a continuous learning process that fosters leadership and expertise within your field.
