InterBeingness virtual doors are opening in 30 minutes!

Join for a nourishing caring space where you can safely just Be present as you are right now.
We will listen to some music, share a brief meditation, experience the Way of the Council social technology (we will explain before jumping in) and close by a brief Tonglen practice. The sessions are not recorded for privacy and intimacy and all loving forms of expressions are welcome, your presence is a wonderful gift to all.
This time you can choose between English and French.
