A transformative event taking place in Kampala, Uganda. This gathering will bring together changemakers, community leaders, artists, and visionaries to explore and co-create sustainable pathways that heal our communities and ecosystems 🌿 .

Budget Overview
The XR Regenerative Cultures Meetup 2025 in Kampala is estimated to cost €7,000. Funds will support:
- Venue Rental (€500): Secure a space for 3 days of workshops, panels, and networking.
- Catering (€2,000): Provide meals and refreshments for all participants.
- Travel & Accomodation (€3,000): Enable delegates from Kenya, Rwanda, and DRC to attend.
- Workshop Materials & Faciliatators(€1,000): Supplies for hands-on activities, including banners, tools, and printed resources.
- Promotion & Marketing (€500): Outreach, media coverage, and storytelling to amplify impact.
