About

Kahareži Fondazár grew out of a project that began in July 2010, at a time when several of us were asking the same question: if existing institutions no longer function as they should, what responsibility do we have to build alternatives?

We did not set out to make a point. We set out to build something workable that treats community as a duty, not a brand. Over time, Kaharagia became a serious civic and cultural effort shaped by the belief that belonging should come with responsibility, and that continuity matters in a world that often rewards short-term thinking.

We support the development of Kaharagian nationality as a civic and cultural project rooted in responsibility, continuity, and mutual care. Our work focuses on cultural development, scholarships and education, humanitarian support, and advocacy where it matters. In practice, that means expanding access to learning, supporting life-saving service such as blood donation, preserving cultural work that would otherwise be lost, and speaking up when systems fall short of basic dignity.

One of our earliest practical efforts was the creation of Kaharagian postage stamps that raise money for charitable causes. These stamp releases have helped generate support for organisations such as the Elton John AIDS Foundation, Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, and other public-benefit efforts over the years.

Kahareži Fondazár operates transparently for public benefit and was recognised as a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity in 2022. We welcome partnerships with other organisations, charities, and community groups, and we would be glad to work alongside others wherever our efforts can make a practical difference. Our aim is straightforward: to help make the world a better place through real, sustained work.
