[English, French versions below]Hintergrund des Projekts : Der Kass-Haff wird nach den Prinzipien der biologisch-dynamischen Landwirtschaft von Tom Kass zusammen mit seiner Ehefrau Anja Staudenmayer betrieben. Seit 2013 nun liegt der Kass-Haff am neuen Standort in idyllischer Hanglage nahe Rollingen und erstreckt sich über 100 ha. 25 ha sind dem Ackerbau gewidmet und 75 ha bestehen aus Grünland, davon 25 ha die als Biotop bewirtschaftet werden. Neben der landwirtschaftlichen Produktion umfasst der Hof eine Biog-Käserei, einen Naturata-Hofladen und einen Kindergarten der Waldorfschule, die alle in Synergie funktionieren. Zwei Imker konnten dank der großen Biodiversität auf dem Areal Bienenvölker aufstellen.
Bedarf des Projekts : - Kauf (oder Bereitstellung) von neuem Land in der Nähe der Farm, um die Widerstandsfähigkeit und Autonomie der Farm zu erhöhen: 200.000€ -------Project Background: Kass-Haff is run by Tom Kass and his wife, Anja Staudenmayer, in accordance with the principles of biodynamic farming. Kass-Haff has been situated at the new site in an idyllic hillside location near Rollingen since 2013, extending over 100 hectares. 25 ha are dedicated to arable farming and 75 ha consist of grassland, of which 25 ha are managed as a biotope. In addition to agricultural production, the farm includes a BIOG organic cheese dairy, a Naturata farm shop and a Waldorf school kindergarten, all of which function in complete synergy. Two beekeepers have been able to set up bee colonies on the site thanks to the wide biodiversity.

Depuis 2013, Kass-Haff occupe un nouveau site idyllique à flanc de colline, à proximité de Rollingen, qui s’étend sur plus de 100 hectares. 25 hectares sont consacrés aux cultures et 75 sont constitués de prairies, dont 25 transformés en biotopes. Outre la production agricole, la ferme comprend une fromagerie Biog, une vente à la ferme via le magasin Naturata et un jardin d’enfants de l’école Waldorf, qui fonctionnent en totales synergies. Deux apiculteurs ont pu installer des essaims d’abeilles sur le site et bénéficient de sa grande biodiversité
