Hintergrund des Projekts :
 Der Ackerbau besteht aus verschiedenen Getreidearten, Kartoffeln und Leguminosenanbau. Bereits bei der Ackerbearbeitung beginnt das Einhalten strengster Kriterien, um den Auflagen der biodynamischen Bewirtschaftung gerecht zu werden. Neben naturbelassenen Flächen setzt Bauer Tom auf gemischte Landwirtschaft. Sorgsam wird darauf geachtet, dass die Pflanzen regional angepasst sind. Die biodynamische Landwirtschaft begünstigt übrigens eine breite Pflanzen- und Insektenvielfalt und trägt so wesentlich zu mehr Biodiversität bei.
 
Bedarf des Projekts : 
- Einen Kühlschrank kaufen, um die von Kass-Haff produzierten Kartoffeln zu lagern: 15.000 €.
- Kauf einer landwirtschaftlichen Maschine, um Ballen (Winterfutter für die Kühe) herstellen zu können: 40.000€.
Insgesamt: 55.000€

Project Background:
Crops on the farm include different types of cereals, potatoes, and legumes. Adherence to the strictest criteria begins with preparing the fields in order to meet the requirements of biodynamic management. In addition to uncultivated areas, farmer Tom relies on mixed farming. Close attention is paid to ensuring that the plants are suitable for the region. Biodynamic agriculture also encourages the flourishing of a wide variety of plants and the insect reproduction, thereby making a significant contribution to greater biodiversity.

Project needs : 
- To buy a fridge to store the potatoes produced at Kass-Haff: 15.000€.
- To buy an agricultural machine to make bales (winter food for the cows): 40.000€.

Contexte du projet :
Les cultures se composent de différentes céréales, pommes de terre et légumineuses. Le respect de critères très stricts commence dès le travail dans les champs, afin de satisfaire aux exigences de l’agriculture biodynamique. Outre les surfaces laissées à l’état naturel, Tom mise sur l’agriculture mixte. On veille ainsi soigneusement à ce que les plantes soient adaptées à la région. L’agriculture biodynamique favorise d’ailleurs une large diversité de plantes et d’insectes, renforçant ainsi largement la biodiversité.
 
Besoins du projet :  

- Acheter un frigo pour stocker les pommes de terre produites à Kass-Haff : 15.000€

- Acheter d’une machine agricole pour pouvoir réaliser des ballots (nourriture hivernale pour les vaches) : 40.000€
