Collective Leadership Wellbeing Fund

Leading Social Change has its challenges. Everyone gets a bit knackered sometimes and we all need a bit of support to rejuvenate and step back into the ring. We have set up a wellbeing fund so that changemakers have access to the funds needed to reach that bit of support. From counselling services, to a massage, to an art class; whatever you need to make you feel better, no questions asked.  Because we also know that changemakers are notoriously bad at putting themselves forward, we also operate a nomination system, where you can put someone forward to receive a reward.  Someone pass us the eye mask..
