We’ve launched our new documentation site at docs.litiengine.com and used the opportunity to also improve the way sponsorship works for LITIENGINE.

Our OpenCollective tiers have been updated to make the benefits clearer and give sponsors better visibility across the places where developers actually interact with the project: the LITIENGINE website, GitHub, and our new documentation.

The updated tiers are:

- Backer — from €2/month
  Support ongoing development, maintenance, documentation, and hosting.

- Bronze — €29/month 
  Logo and website link on litiengine.com.

- Silver — €49/month
  Additional placement in our GitHub README and documentation sponsor directory.

- Gold — €99/month
  More prominent placement, a dedicated sponsor card, and recognition in major release notes.

- Platinum — €199/month
  Our highest level of recognition across the website, documentation, GitHub, Discord, and social channels.

The goal is simple: make it easier for individuals and companies to support LITIENGINE while giving long-term sponsors meaningful recognition in return.

Sponsorship directly helps us keep LITIENGINE free and open source, maintain the engine and tooling, improve documentation, and continue building the project for the Java game development community.
