I work on Free and Open Source Software projects in the domains of sharing and giving economy or nature focused citizen science, with decentralised human and software structure at the core.

Some of the projects that are or were important for me as a contributor (sometimes never accepted or harshly rejected):
- openHospitality.network - a protocol for federated (decentralised and interconnected) hospitality exchange
- sleepy.bike <- WarmShowers.bike <- WarmShowers.org - an app for bicycle touring travellers and those who want to host them, where the community is empowered to own their data.
- Trustroots.org and WelcomeToMyGarden.org - hospitality exchange, [slow] travellers communities
- iNaturalist.org - citizen science, sharing nature observations
- solpunk.world <- karrot.world - supporting coordination of self-organizing groups of people / communities, aiming to built-in democratic governance features. The latter for makerspaces / communities of craftspeople.

I hold M.Sc of Computer Science and until recently I worked as a Software Engineer for some huge-tech companies, developing distributed systems in the cloud, with an experience mostly in server side Java ecosystem… Now I am on the path to de-professionalize myself and rediscover the joy of building simple yet useful things with other imperfect but somehow idealist human beings.
