MAWAQIT is a non-profit organization operating solely to serve the common good. All our projects are dedicated endowments (Waqf fi sabili Allah) made by volunteering contributors and driven by the whole community.
Since the launch of MAWAQIT in 2016, we have chosen to put digital technology at the service of mosques: we develop intelligent display technologies and support mosques, schools and associations that use them completely free of charge.
Mawaqit is funded freely by those who deem it useful. The user community contributes to our operation. This contribution allows us both to guarantee that all of our services are completely free, and to ensure the continuous development of our ecosystem.
Of course, such a quality service has a cost, but we have chosen a different model, 100% free. Our economic model is based on the contributions that mosques or users of our applications leave us freely. This is our only source of income.
