Melanin LunchBox Project
Our aim is to provide nutritional healthy meals and support to vulnerable children from the African, Caribbean and Asian communities during the school holidays.
15 million people in the UK live in poverty, 4,5 million of them are children.
The LunchBox Project focuses on sourcing and providing healthy traditional African Caribbean/Asian meals during the school holidays.
We have successfully delivered 2500 healthy meals to children and we are now aiming to reach 5000 vulnerable households by 2023 within the Walworth area of Southwark.
In order to achieve this, we are asking for help from yourself, sponsors, funders and food providers. This will enable us to make a difference in these young lives.
Your donation and support will allow us to set up a delivery network whereby we can source, organise and dispatch meals to ensure no child goes hungry.
