About
Collective bargaining is a recognised human right but precarious contracts and casualised work do not always offer equal access to union representation in the workplace. This inequality is fundamentally at the root of this funds mission. We want to bridge the gap between workers who can afford representation fees and those who find it difficult month-month. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the choice of union representation within our workplace and that they can avail of our funds anonymously and securely.
