About

The Microcosm community includes all people who support the endeavours of or use the Microcosm ecosystem.

This collective is part of the Microcosm community Fundraising group, which provides logistical support to the Microcosm community - for example, by raising funds to pay for assets such as server hosting or domain names.

The Fundraising working group works alongside three other working groups in the Microcosm community: 
  • Tech (writing the code, running the sites, and ensuring servers are maintained for all the Microcosm forums);
  • Legal & Compliance (providing legal advice for how to comply with relevant legislation);
  • Moderation (actually moderating the forums).
Overview of these working groups is provided by a Coordination Group.

This collective is not linked to the Microcosm Collective CIC, which is a UK-based Community Interest Company.
