Dear Migrant Artists Mutual Aid supporters,

Thank you for joining Artists for Justice and our Anti-Deportation Appeal! We are newly energised and inspired by the momentum created from our fundraising efforts.

Although we did not reach our goal of 50 supporters by Freedom Day, we are proud to announce 28 new financial contributors - including you!

We will re-launch the Artists for Justice campaign in September, and with your help, we still hope to reach our goal in 2021.

Our legal fund has kept the crisis at bay for our MaMa members still seeking justice within the asylum system. Your donations directly pay for their access to expert medico-legal reports and solicitor fees. 

MaMa's good news is that after a long, hard year of isolation due to Covid-19 lockdowns, we finally met once again in our garden for choir practice, sharing meals, and some much needed celebration. 

In September, we will be filming our first music video as part of Rising Together: Unheard Voices for Peace

We'll be back in touch in September.
