NaOM Lab has been archived.

We sponsor initiatives in the United States without regard to charitable status. We retain the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion regardless of the purpose of the Collective. However, in no case will we approve an application from any organization engaged in the following activities:

Any illegal activity in any jurisdiction of the United States of America;
Creation or sale of pornography and related products considered part of the “adult industry”;
Manufacture or sale of controlled substances;
Manufacture or sale of firearms, ammunition, or related paraphernalia;
Political advocacy or lobbying;
Any organization funded in whole or in part by a foreign government.

We charge a 10% fee on gross receipts up to USD$10 million, with increasingly discounted rates applicable for larger Collectives.

As part of our commitment to free and open-source software (FOSS,) we offer special discounts and incentives for Collectives developing FOSS.

NaOM Lab also offers a range of optional services at an additional cost to assist in growing your Collective, including business accelerator support, technical guidance and equity investment placements.
