Working Group Z

WORKING GROUP Z is initiative led by NOR RESEARCH STUDIO and housed within NAVEL. The initiative is a thesis about institutional infrastructure activated through an experimental labor initiative, dynamic profit-sharing model, and their complementary public programs. It seeks to devise a functional “distributive equity” model and corresponding institutional infrastructure that resolve antagonisms between equity-driven and distributive justice-based compensation paradigms. To that end, the initiative employs a dynamic profit-sharing model and organizes experimental public programs that explore working conditions among contemporary creative practitioners.
