Open Collective Fiscal Sponsorship Update

Dear donors and supporters of North Brooklyn Mutual Aid,
We are sending a message to inform you that our Fiscal Host, Open Collective Foundation (OCF), will be dissolving. OCF is the platform we are sending you this message from, and the platform where we receive donations and manage expenses.
What this means:
- Any donations after March 15, 2024 via OCF will not be processed, including recurring donations.
- Expenses submitted by volunteers will continue to be processed until we transfer funds to a new platform, or until September 30th, 2024.
- We are searching for a new Fiscal Host. If you know of any Fiscal Sponsors that are mission-aligned with NBkMA, please reach out to [email protected].
This is a large disruption to our activities and ability to provide critical care to our neighborhood. If you would like to help us navigate this change, please send any donations before March 15th via Open Collective, or venmo us at @nbkmutualaid.
