Following our recent release of Cocooned 2.0, we upgrade today `composite_content` so it can benefit of all improvements made on the other side. The main point is that `composite_content` is now jQuery-free too!

Despite a minor code change, we choosed to bump `composite_content` version number from 1.0.0 to 2.0.0 as this upgrade contains breaking changes: migrating from Cocooned 1.4 to 2.0 may require manual changes to your views.
