Published on October 2, 2023 by Mykola Grymalyuk

With the release of OpenCore Legacy Patcher 1.0.0, we're proud to announce macOS Sonoma support! And with it, 83 unsupported Mac models will be able to run Apple's latest OS!

This release wouldn’t have been possible without the community supporting us, and all the developers who've poured endless hours into this project. We couldn’t have gotten this far without you!

it doesn’t work at all on some devices, as well as video replay
If I connect the network card via wifi everything works!
Thank you!

Hello! iMac12,1 after macos update to Sonoma bluetooth caught some error but keyboard and mouse have been working, but after OCLP 1.0.0 installation bluetooth is not operation anymore at all, no mouse no keyboard - nothing. What should i do to bring Bluetooth back to life? Thanks!

OpenCore Legacy Patcher 1.0.0 works great with Trashcan 3 GHz 10-Core Intel Xeon E5, 128 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 and AMD FirePro D700 6 GB. Thank you very much!

This is just awsome. Did an upgrade rather than a clean install (because I'm lazy like that) to my 2017 5K iMac 27" and to my Mid 2012 MBP without any issues at all. Thank you so much for all the effort into making this a thing.

I have not had wifi since the previous version of Sonoma i.e. 14.3.1. It connects to wifi on a random basis but very rarely. There are times when the computer crashes, safari displays in red - no letters, buttons etc just red colour and the computer stalls. Version 1.4.1 has not changed this situation. The computer is a MacPro 6.1 I really don't know what could be causing these problems anymore. Actual Sonoma version is 14.4.

Thank You sooo much for your effort which helps me to use my still working iMac 17,1 (which is from 2017 and still good enough for a retired person like me). You do a very impressing job: OCLP worked from the day of installing without problems with the new software for my Mac. I'm now using Sonoma 14.4.1 (coming from Ventura) and all aspects of change were handable - the backup laptop of the new generation (M2) is still a backup ;-).
