This workshop is the first stepping-stone designed for job seekers preparing for careers in Cyber Security field. This course sets the essential knowledge foundation for required skills in IT security, such as OSI layers, basic networking protocols, and network based attacks.  Students will learn advanced concepts such IP communications, network sniffers, network monitoring tools, and network design.

Real world characteristics of cyber security problem and threats are presented live, via virtual meeting platform such as WebEx. Learning objectives are discussed and reinforced via hands on in session live examples, questions and answers, and practices.

Students can expect to pick up the vocabulary, foundational concepts, and understanding of the necessary skills required for the CompTIA Security+ certification exam. You need access to internet to attend these live online video trainings.

We have designed 6 modules of 12 sessions , 3 hours on line and live knowledge sharing and collaborative learning sessions.
